The SZP Tuition Reimbursement Program covers the tuition, education materials, and exam costs associated with a candidate taking Anatomy, Level 1 Mat Training, Reformer, etc. With this program, the candidate pays for the course upfront, and then SZP pays back the full cost upon completion!
Breakdown:
1. SZP decides on candidates through the interview/hiring process and approves their programs
2. Candidates pay their tuition at the beginning of the training program
3. Candidate/Future employee practices coursework at our studio and has a 4-hour Energy Exchange desk shift
4. Candidates submit their grades and receipts
5. SZP processes the reimbursement through payroll once they are working as an instructor
Details:
1. To apply, please send your resume, proposed training location, schedule, and course selections. Upon approval, we will email to set up your first interview via Zoom. If we agree, we will have a second interview at the studio. The successful candidate will be given a contract and begin their amazing journey of becoming a certified Pilates instructor at Hamilton's #1 Pilates studio.
2. Potential candidates are responsible for paying upfront, and SZP will reimburse you upon completion of the program and qualification to start instructing. To be eligible, applicants must be 18 or older and interested in pursuing a career at Studio Zee Pilates.
3. During your training, you will be required to work a 4-hour energy exchange desk shift at the studio. In return, you get unlimited access to classes, observe instructors teaching classes and treating physio-pilates clients, practice teaching with our team/clients, and gain knowledge and experience using our Mindbody software and the inner workings and processes of the studio. This way, you can immerse yourself in our community and build internal relationships with our team and clients.
4. Once the Pilates certification is received, the candidate acquires Personal Liability Insurance, and then begins working as an instructor at SZP!
5. The expenses will be reimbursed in increments over 24 months to the new instructor while they instruct 15-20 hours/week exclusively at the studio (more hours if available). The program covers the full cost of training (Anatomy, Level 1, Reformer, the exam, and educational materials - approx. $3,000 - $5,000 value) but does not cover any additional fees incurred while participating in the training (travel, food, accommodation, car rentals, etc.).
