Studio Etiquette
Please wait in your vehicle or outside and we will allow clients to enter the studio at the class start time.
Classes may be cancelled online, or by calling the studio at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. This way we have enough time to schedule someone else in since class sizes are limited due to Covid-19.
In response to Covid-19, additional steps have been taken to further enhance your safety and the safety of our staff. ONLY individuals attending classes & appointments are allowed to enter the studio.
Accompanying persons are not permitted to enter, except for caregivers.
Please review the following questions to confirm your fitness to enter the facility. By confirming your appointment, you also confirm you have a negative screen of the following questions.
Do you currently have any of the following symptoms?
Severe Cough
Shortness of Breath
Muscle pains
Headache
Significant Nasal Congestion
Runny Nose
Fever > 38 Degrees C
Reduced or lost sense of smell
2. Have you failed to use physical distancing in the last two weeks without using PPE?
3. Have you come into contact with anyone suspected of having COVID-19 or being tested for COVID-19?
4. Have you come into contact with anyone suspected of having COVID-19 in the last two weeks?
5. Have you come into contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks?
If you answered “YES” to any of the above questions, DO NOT ENTER THE STUDIO.
Call our phone number below and you will be given the appropriate direction.
Only enter the studio if you answered “NO” to all the questions above.
Before your class
Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. COVID-19 has caused a significant impact on our lives and people are understandably worried. The following measures are being put in place to keep our clients and team at Studio Zee Pilates safe.
What will be different at the studio:
Screening: patients and staff will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to all appointments.
PPE: staff have been trained to wear proper face shields, masks, and a change of clothing upon studio entry to decrease the risk of transmission.
Hand Hygiene: we will be following proper handwashing with soap and hand sanitizer.
Reception Area: we have removed seating.
You will be directed to the washroom upon arrival to wash your hands, then directed to the room your session will be taking place in. The reception area will be disinfected (including doorknobs) after each session.
We have removed all magazines, and grab and go marketing materials.· Physical distancing parameters will be followed at all times.
Reduced the number of clients to 5 for in-studio classes.
Matwork Room/Reformer Room/Treatment Rooms: Each room will be equipped with ministry-approved disinfectant for equipment and we will take care of wiping everything down after use.
Flex-bands, pillows, and other equipment that cannot be sanitized will no longer be used at the studio. Flex-Bands are for sale at the studio for personal use. You will bring them to each of your appointments.
Paper towels to wipe down equipment after each client's use.
HEPA grade Air Filters in the studio.
Billing: Mindbody Online Account Setup to store credit card information (upon request) in order to reduce contact with payment.
Virtual Classes and Treatment: virtual classes, treatments and assessments will still be available to avoid in-person visits as needed.
