Our studio provides complimentary Pilates mats, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.  All packages are non refundable although they are transferable 

To get optimal results we recommend Pilates be practiced at least twice a week in addition to a regular cardio routine. We are happy to show you exercises to do at home or while you travel. A description of our classes is below and we also offer in home

Studio Zee Pilates offers Thai Yoga Massage. An ancient bodywork practice that follows Ayurvedic principles that originate in Asia, the massage occurs on floor mats and fully clothed, Thai massage begins at the feet and ends at the head following energy lines through the body. It blends yoga-style stretching, acupressure, trigger point massage, breath work, and meditation. The massage is excellent for the relief of general muscle tension, fatigue, headaches, stress, PMS, and menstrual pain.

We offer a Physiotherapy Therapeutic Exercise program that may be covered under your physiotherapy extended health benefits.

Therapeutic exercise incorporates biomechanical knowledge, emphasizing core strength and stability and restoration of the natural curves of the spine. It is safe and effective for any injury, and for any rehab client.
